Printer Field Services Professional
This role involves working with printers and photocopiers in a field service environment. The ideal candidate will have experience repairing hardware and software issues and be comfortable working in a customer-facing role.
* Reactive and proactive printer servicing, upgrading software, network connectivity, and installation of hardware and software
* Effectively meet and exceed customer's needs, building productive relationships with Canon customers
* Keep up to date with current technologies and training, including technical and workplace compliance
* Manage and utilise resources effectively to balance financial requirements of Canon and the needs of the customer
Required Skills and Qualifications
The following skills are required for this position:
* Experience as a printer or photocopier technician
* Ability to diagnose and repair hardware and software issues
* Excellent customer service skills
* Valid driver's license
