We are currently looking for a full‑time, permanent Site Supervisor to manage the delivery of maintenance services for both residential and vacant properties in Kalgoorlie WA.
In this dynamic and fast‑paced role, you will be responsible for preparing job quotations, managing variations, addressing defects, and overseeing subcontractors to ensure efficient and high‑quality service delivery.
Key skills and responsibilities:
* Manage trades to conduct timely, high quality work;
* Scheduling subcontractors/trades to meet deadlines;
* Scoping of works;
* Quality inspections;
* Confident and friendly, and MUST be able to work autonomously;
* Exceptional time management and organisational skills;
* Good communication skills (polite, courteous and respectful)
* Trade or building background preferred but not essential;
* Previous experience managing and supervising trades essential;
* Must have a current Drivers Licence;
* White Card essential or willing to obtain prior to appointment;
* National Police Check
