Sales Executive / Business Development Manager — Hunt new business, drive growth, build freight solutions, boost revenue and deliver top-tier service with a close-knit team.
About the Role
As a Business Development / Sales you will be reporting into the General Manager and you'll:
* Drive new business acquisition across international import, export and project freight
* Build and grow a sustainable, profitable client portfolio
* Develop tailored logistics solutions aligned to client supply chain needs
* Prepare competitive pricing, tenders and commercial proposals
* Negotiate rates, contracts and long-term service agreements
* Manage pipeline activity, forecasting and revenue targets
* Work closely with operations to ensure solutions are commercially viable and operationally deliverable
What You'll Need to Succeed
* Experience in freight forwarding or international logistics
* Proven success in business development or sales
* Strong knowledge of international freight, Incoterms and supply chain solutions
* Current driver's licence
* Ability to work fully onsite in Fremantle
* Strong time management and attention to detail
* CargoWise experience(Desirable)
* Exposure to project freight(Desirable)
