Our workforce delivers impact for residents and customers.The role:As the Clinical Care Consultant at ACH Group’s residential care home Colton Court in McLaren Vale, you will coordinate and lead clinical and customer care services for residents. You will be a primary point of contact for residents and their families, ensuring their needs are met with empathy, professionalism, and excellence in this full-time role.What you’ll do:Lead the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care services in line with legislative and professional standards.Coordinate individual care plans and clinical services for the residents of Colton Court.Respond to feedback and address care needs in consultation with a multi-disciplinary team.Collaborate with the home leadership team to meet compliance standards and support business and service goals.Foster strong, respectful relationships with residents, families, and care staff.Coach and mentor Nurses, Care Workers, Students, and other staff members.Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.About you:Registered Nurse qualification with current AHPRA registration.Significant post-graduate nursing experience.Experience working within aged care is advantageous.Proven experience in clinical leadership or staff supervision.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Strong understanding of compliance, quality standards, and person-centered care principles.Knowledge of the Aged Care Quality & Safety Standards, legislative requirements, and the AN-ACC funding model.High level of clinical care and documentation competence.A team player who thrives in a collaborative, dynamic environment.Ability to pass a Police Check for working in Aged Care (less than 12 months old at start).If you want to join our team, we offer:Career development with in-house upskilling and external learning opportunities.Friendly, inclusive culture supporting diversity and employee wellbeing.Free on-site flu vaccination program.Financial advice for HESTA members, our preferred superannuation provider.Wellbeing programs, including free employee assistance.Recognition programs for significant contributions.Salary packaging to maximize take-home pay.Discounted corporate memberships, health insurance (BUPA).ACH Group is a not-for-profit organization in the healthcare sector, offering salary packaging options up to $15,900 per annum for living expenses and $2,650 for meals/entertainment to reduce tax.
