About the role:
As a result of our continued success and expansion we have various opportunities available for motivated New Home Sales Consultants in the Geelong Region
As a New Home Independent Sales Consultant, you will be motivated and driven to build a successful Sales career. Additionally, you will be required to be available to work on the weekends.
Some of the key responsibilities include:
* Display-home-based role in our upcoming displays
* Generating leads by engaging clients within the display homes
* Taking client product design briefs
* Administering sales
* Understanding and assess clients' needs and providing solutions
* Managing high volume display visitors, following up leads and achieving high sales targets
* Provide clients with a first-class experience, exceeding customer service expectations
* Developing and maintaining a network of industry partners, such as land developers
* Overseeing the display home is kept maintained to the highest of standards
To be considered, you should possess:
* Company Contractor requirements, such as; ABN, public liability insurance and also workers compensation if you have any employees
* Driven and highly motivated
* Hold a current driver's license and have reliable transport
* Proven history and understanding of the volume residential building industry
* Exceptional industry networking and customer service skills
* Self-motivated, "can do attitude" and desire to succeed within your own business
* Professional approach and a positive can do attitude
* Intermediate to advance computer skills
* Ability to meet customer satisfaction levels and exceed expectations
* New Homes Experience is highly desirable
