Our Area Manager in Rockhampton will offer comprehensive guidance and training, equipping you with the skills needed for your role. You'll have direct access to your Area Manager for any questions or concerns, and immediate support is just a phone call away.
This is a Full-Time Position, offering 38 hours per week, and we're eager to get started right away
Duties and Job Description:
* Working Supervisor - oversee 30+ sites in Rockhampton and surrounds
* Self deliver cleaning when staffing gaps arise & clean key site(s) in Rockhampton
* Monthly Site inspections
* Extensive knowledge of soft and hard floor periodic works (carpet shampoo & extraction, hard floor scrubbing, buffing and strip & seal)
* Organise and deliver or self-deliver periodics in Rockhampton and Central QLD Region
HR
· Staffing: directly hire, train, task, performance manage Area Managers, Supervisors and Cleaners
· Ensure succession plan in place for all key positions
· Management of WHS on site
· Communicate issues early and seek problem-solving assistance
Operations Processes and Systems
· General Operational compliance needs to be updated of Fortnightly basis
· Supervision of all cleaning operations and work collaboratively with managers and supervisor
· Training and performance management of all cleaning staff
· Front line customer service, fast response to issues
· Stock and manage cleaner's rooms, ensure all is up to company standard
· Organise, oversee and deliver periodic works as per contractual KPIs
· Adhere to compliance and processes set, machinery, audits, toolbox talks
· Ensure that all operational processes are followed
· Ensure that all contract KPIs are adhered to and delivered

Pay: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
