The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to project management teams, managing subcontractors, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Support project management teams in the delivery of complex construction projects.
* Manage subcontractor relationships and ensure timely completion of work.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements:
* Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience in commercial construction contracts administration.
* Strong knowledge of commercial contracts and BCIPA.
* Advanced level knowledge of computerised job costing or project management software.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* High degree of commercial acumen.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
