We are currently seeking aged care experienced and qualified Registered Nurses to support our state-of-the-art aged care residence based in Singleton. We need Registered Nurses who will look after our residents with a high level of attentiveness, kindness, and respect. We are looking for people who will strive to maintain and enhance the health and well-being of our residents while offering them dignity, safety, and independence. Permanent positions are available.

Skills & Requirements
To be considered for this role, ideally, you should have:
* An understanding, empathy, and appreciation for the values and ethos of Signature Care
* Current unrestricted registration with AHPRA
* Demonstrated aged care experience (preferred)
* The ability to work as part of a team and promote education and leadership in aged care
* Understanding of and commitment to continuous quality improvement
* Experience in assessments and developing care plans
* Ability to assess, plan, and implement client care within your scope
* Consideration of physical, social, and psychological requirements
* Ability to create and update care plans reflecting residents' developing needs
* Understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and Aged Care Funding Instrument
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Well-developed computer and documentation skills
* Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills
* Confidence in managing your time effectively, including working autonomously
