2026 Midyear Therapy Graduate Program – Melbourne

The Role
Full‐time graduate positions commencing July 2026. Supports structured learning, hands‐on experience, and teamwork.
Responsibilities
* Develop clinical skills across a diverse client population, including children, young people, and adults with learning, language, sensory, intellectual, physical and cognitive disabilities.
* Engage in real‐world learning on topics such as behaviour support, sensory processing, Key Word Sign, telehealth, and ongoing development.
* Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and reflective practice with a dedicated Graduate Coordinator.
Qualifications
* Graduate degree in allied health, psychology or a related field.
* Hold an NDIS Worker Screening Check clearance.
* Hold a Working with Children Check.
* Where applicable, possess a certified International Police Check for any continuous period of 12 months or more in another country within the last 10 years.
Salary & Benefits
* Graduate salary: $70,000 – $79,500 (based on qualifications).
* Salary packaging boosts take‐home pay by approximately $6,000 per year.
* 17.5% annual leave loading, adding around $1,000.
