Salary Range: A$90,204 - A$107,554 per year (Professional 2)

Key Responsibilities
1. Undertake criminogenic risk and needs assessments to inform effective interventions.
2. Develop comprehensive clinical formulations and treatment plans to address complex issues.
3. Prepare thorough assessment and treatment reports to support case management decisions.
4. Facilitate offence-specific and offence-related programs to promote behavior change and rehabilitation.
5. Liaise with stakeholders to ensure seamless case management and coordinate services.
6. Design, deliver, and evaluate programs and services to optimize outcomes and effectiveness.
7. Provide constructive feedback on assessments, reports, and programs to drive improvement and excellence.
Qualifications & Experience
Hold tertiary qualifications in psychology and be eligible for Australian Psychological Society membership. Possess experience in criminogenic assessments, case management, psychological interventions, and delivering group-based behavior change programs, particularly in a forensic setting.
