QBus is seeking a proactive Administration Officer to Support our growing Charter and Fleet operations. This role is perfect for someone organised, unflappable and great with people. Someone who can keep bookings running smoothly, records up to date and help the QBus team deliver safe, reliable transport to our community.

The role:
* Charter administration: Handling enquiries, preparing quotes, confirming booking and supporting clients.
* Booking Coordination: Updating schedules, updating run sheets, and ensuring charter details are accurate and ready for drivers.
* Fleet Administration: Maintaining fleet records, service schedules, registration details and compliance documentation.
* Conflict resolution and reporting: assisting with customer concerns, driver feedback, and incident follow ups with professionalism and empathy. Logging reports and ensuring issues are documented and escalated appropriately.
What we're looking for:
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Confident communication and a calm, solutions focused approached
* Confident using computer systems and Microsoft Office
* Experience in transport and logistics is highly regarded, but not essential
* A candidate willing to obtain a HR licence and Drivers Authorisation to occasionally support driving operations when required
The role will be based in our Gatton office, on a full time, permanent basis.
