About the role:
As a Contracts Administrator, you'll be a vital part of the Civil Construction team, directly supporting the successful delivery of diverse projects. You'll work hand-in-hand with Project Managers and key stakeholders to make sure all contractual obligations are met, potential risks are mitigated and commercial outcomes are optimised. Your responsibilities will include:
* Administering and maintaining contracts;
* Verifying all documentation is accurate, compliant and up to date;
* Analysing contracts for potential risks and developing strategies to address them;
* Communicating effectively with internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers and clients regarding contract matters;
* Managing procurement activities;
* Preparing cost assessments, budgets and financial reports; and
* Staying updated on relevant legislative changes and ensuring compliance with documentation.
About you:
To be successful in the role, you will have a minimum of two years of experience in a Contracts Administrator or similar role with qualifications in a relevant field being highly regarded. You will also be a well-organised and detail-oriented professional ready to make a significant impact.
