Experienced Data Entry Officer Required
We are currently recruiting a skilled Data Entry Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in data entry and administration, with excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Enter and update data into internal systems
* Clarify information via phone calls
* Verify and cross-check data for errors or discrepancies
* Maintain confidentiality and data integrity
* Perform regular data backups
* Generate reports and summaries when required
* Liaise with team members to resolve data-related queries
Requirements:
* Excellent typing skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel and Word)
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
