About Your New Role
As the Cloud Engineer (Microsoft 365), you will play a pivotal role in shaping and sustaining the organisation's Microsoft 365 ecosystem. You will lead the design, deployment and optimisation of core services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Intune and Azure AD, ensuring they align with business needs and deliver secure, reliable and innovative collaboration tools.
This role requires a strong focus on Exchange and SharePoint administration, including hybrid configurations, migration strategies, and governance frameworks to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance across the enterprise.

We\'re Looking For People Who Have
To succeed in this role, you will have:
* A bachelor\'s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent experience.
* At least 5 years' experience in designing, implementing and managing Microsoft 365 environments, with a strong emphasis on Exchange Online and SharePoint Online.
* Proven leadership in delivering complex Microsoft 365 or cloud transformation projects.
* Strong expertise in Exchange hybrid deployments, mail flow, security, compliance, and retention policies.
* Advanced knowledge of SharePoint architecture, site collections, permissions, and governance best practices.
* Strong expertise in M365 security, compliance, governance and automation.
* Advanced PowerShell scripting skills for automation and administration.
* Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert (MS-100, MS-101), Messaging Administrator Associate (MS-203), or Teams/SharePoint certifications.
* Deep understanding of hybrid identity (Azure AD Connect, SSO, MFA).
* Familiarity with ITIL practices and modern service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
