Our Receptionist & Administration Assistant will serve as the first point of contact for our community, greeting students, parents and visitors with excellence. This multifaceted role is responsible for receiving and directing all incoming calls on a multi-line phone system, taking and distributing messages promptly and efficiently.
The Role:
* Ensure that all visitors sign-in and show the appropriate identification meeting our College requirements
* Maintain student attendance/absentees, follow up unexplained absences advising relevant staff where necessary
* General administration duties include management of incoming/outgoing external/internal mail
In addition to reception duties this role provides vital administrative support to the Registrar and Communications Manager as well as other key personnel.
This successful candidate will possess a sharp eye for detail superior time management skills and commitment to high-quality customer service.
The Ideal Candidate:
1. A current South Australian Working With Child Check (WWCC)
2. A current Responding To Risk Of Harm Abuse And Neglect (RRHAN) certificate
3. Certificate 2 or above in Business Or Business Administration an advantage but not required
