Are you a proactive, highly organised professional with a passion for supporting senior leadership? We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to provide professional administrative support to the Principal to help drive efficiency and impact across the school.

About The Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to play a pivotal role in enabling our Principal to operate at their highest level. This role will streamline operations and ensure seamless communication across the school. If you're passionate about organisation, discretion, and making a meaningful impact behind the scenes, this role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our school's success.

This is a permanent position, working full-time during the school term plus 6 additional weeks per year across the school holidays (44 weeks per year).

Some key responsibilities of the role include:


• Organising events, functions and meetings


• Preparing reports, presentations, correspondence, memos, summaries


• Maintaining relevant databases and systems management


• Providing administration support to other areas of the school as required. This may include doing some relief reception work.

About You


• Previous experience as an Executive Assistant to a Principal, CEO, General Manager or similar is essential.


• Strong interpersonal skills, including the demonstrable ability to deal with confidential information discreetly.


• Advanced skills in all Microsoft applications and the ability to learn new systems in a timely manner.


• Excellent time management including the ability to prioritise work and new situations as they occur.


• Ability to work well under pressure, managing conflicting priorities at one time.


• Well organised with a flexible approach and can-do attitude


• Able to use initiative and judgment in potentially complex, confidential situations.
