The National Gallery of Victoria (NGV) is seeking a Marketing Officer to coordinate activities of the Marketing department, including the provision of administrative support and the execution of specific marketing and promotional projects.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the NGV Marketing department including coordinating schedules, WIP documents and timelines, processing images and caption requirements, filing and invoice processing and assisting with exhibition, project and departmental proposals and reports. Other key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating promotional outreach, creating and maintaining relevant databases and researching industry development and marketing opportunities.
- Providing assistance in the development and execution of marketing campaigns for selected projects. Activity may include print, digital, multimedia, e-communications and onsite signage.
- Providing assistance in the development and execution of marketing activity to engage the tourism market including coordinating related marketing collateral, tours, famils, briefings and event administration as required.
- Supporting the NGV Marketing team with the coordination of photography and moving image shoots for key projects as required covering scheduling, development of appropriate briefs and run sheets, quotation with suppliers/internal producers, talent and interview questions as required
