You will oversee the remediation of damage caused by defective polybutylene piping and project manage the repair works. Responsibilities include supervising warranty-related remediation work within a designated area, ensuring all activities meet high standards of quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.This role suits individuals with a background in supervision, building maintenance, or construction, and a strong drive for delivering exceptional outcomes. You will be responsible for investigation, coordination, and completion of remediation works, emphasizing service excellence, quality assurance, and efficient use of personnel and resources. Key Responsibilities Maintenance & Operations Lead remediation projects, ensuring timely and effective repairs.Investigate and respond to burst pipe incidents within warranty periods.Communicate clearly with clients, keeping them informed throughout the process.Support Service Supervisors with incident reporting and documentation.Oversee subcontractor work, ensuring quality results within deadlines.Provide coverage for fellow Service Supervisors when needed. Quality Control & Compliance Ensure remedial work meets industry standards and minimizes repeat issues.Drive improvements in workmanship and foster a reliable trade network.Conduct inspections and provide actionable feedback.Develop work plans and oversee subcontractor documentation. Client Service & Communication Be a trusted point of contact for clients, guiding them through warranty processes.Maintain professional communication through written and verbal updates.Keep organized job files with clear documentation. What You'll Bring Proven supervisory experience within construction, maintenance, or related fields.Knowledge of residential building processes and warranty requirements.Excellent communication and client management skills.Supportive leadership with a focus on quality and compliance.Ability to coordinate trades, suppliers, and clients.Intermediate computer skills; familiarity with job management software.Knowledge of plumbing practices is advantageous but not essential.
