Location
This iconic Resort is situated between the renowned Great Barrier Reef and the Daintree Rainforest in Tropical North Queensland. The resort comprises of 295 guest rooms, suites and villas.

Due to the expansion of opening hours and operations at Harrisons restaurant, we currently have an exciting new CDP opportunity available.
The Position
Working with the Sous Chef and Executive Chef deliver an exceptional standard of fine-dining meals consistently Take ownership for designated dining period and work effectively alongside the front of house team Efficient and effective work style with high levels of food standard and compliance with HACCP at all times Provide training for new and existing associates in the required skills and knowledge Undertake and supervise daily food preparation in anticipation and response of service requirements
About You
A strong work ethic with high levels of personal standards and a desire to deliver a fantastic product every time Trade Qualified with strong HACCP knowledge Extensive previous experience in a fine-dining environment either within Australia or Internationally The ability to work under pressure Talented and creative with high levels of personal motivation and drive Excellent communication skills and be a true team player Flexible approach to working hours and shifts
