Job Description:

As an HR Officer, you will play a key role in developing and implementing HR initiatives and systems to streamline our processes.
\
Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement HR initiatives and systems
\
* Provide counseling on policies and procedures relating to HR
\
* Manage the hiring process from preparing job descriptions to second interview
\
* Develop training programs and assist in performance management
\
* Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements
\
* Review employment conditions and rates to ensure compliance
\
* Work with teams to ensure all employee needs are met
\
* Ensure compliance with relevant regulations
\

Requirements:
\

* Experience in HR, administration, or related field
\
* Knowledge of HR functions (pay, recruitment, training etc.)
\
* Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
\
* Proficient in MS Office
\
* Strong organizational and time-management skills
\
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Problem-solving and decision-making ability
