The Role:
- The first point of contact for all clients - greeting everyone who enters the agency with first class care
- Answering and diverting phone calls
- Maintaining the office diary
- Responsible for the key register - ensuring that all keys are accounted for
- Manage office supplies
The Person:
- No real estate experience required - just a passion for customer service
- NO Certificate of Registration required
- A can-do, customer focused attitude
- Positive, approachable and personable
- Highly organised with an ability to prioritise
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent computer skills
