In this role, you'll work alongside SunnyKids' admin support team, contributing to their vital work in breaking intergenerational cycles of poverty and disadvantage, and providing assistance to vulnerable individuals.
* Based full time in Maroochydore, your duties may include but are not limited to:
* General Reception – handling inbound and outbound telephone calls.
* Provide general administrative support, including report preparation, attending meetings, managing emails, filing, and other tasks as required.
What we're Looking For:
* Great customer service skills including professional phone etiquette
* Previous customer service experience (preferred)
* A positive and can-do attitude
* Willingness to learn and follow instructions
* Organised and has good attention to detail
* Comfortable using a computer (basic Word, Excel, email)
* A team player with a positive attitude
* Reliable, punctual, and professional
* Willing to complete a Certificate III in Business as part of the traineeship
* A current QLD driver's licence
* A valid Working with Children Blue Card (or the ability to obtain one if successful)
