We're excited to recruit internally for the placement of our Executive Manager – Aftermarket Solutions. This is a permanent full time opportunity.
What you'll be doing:
* Leadership & Direction – Communicate and execute the function's strategy aligned to the organisation's mission, vision and values, motivating teams to deliver business outcomes.
* Build and Execute – Short, Medium and Long-Term customer and parts commodity ‐focused marketing strategies aligned to the aftermarket growth strategy.
* Own and drive key commercial outcomes - Including revenue, gross profit, market share (POPS), customer loyalty and related Caterpillar metrics.
* Market and Product - Lead market segmentation, pricing, positioning, competitive analysis and tactical initiatives across Parts, Service and Components.
* Process and Execution - Enable end‐to‐end delivery of marketing offers solutions.
* Budget Management – Develop, manage and monitor departmental budgets.
* Capability Building – Assess team capability, identify development needs, and coach and mentor staff to strengthen organisational talent.
What you'll need:
A successful teammate will have experience in:
* Proven leadership experience managing teams in a complex environment and across multi-disciplinary marketing teams.
* Proven experience in customer‐focused marketing strategy, execution and commercial delivery for Parts, Service and Components.
* Solid commercial and financial acumen, including analysis, reporting and performance management.
* Experience in business planning, budgeting and delivery of commercial outcomes
* Ability to translate strategy into execution and measurable results
* Strong stakeholder collaboration, engagement, communication and influencing skills
* Demonstrated capability in developing, coaching and motivating people
