What You'll Bring – Required Skills:
Processing experience in Iron Ore operations (12 to 24 months preferred)
Proven ability to operate and troubleshoot fixed plant equipment
Valid Driver's License
Working at Heights certification
Confined Space training
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment
Nice to Have Skills:
Additional industry-specific certifications or training
Experience working on 12-hour shifts
Familiarity with site-specific safety standards and procedures
Preferred Education and Experience:
Trade qualification or relevant technical diploma in process technology or related field
12+ months of hands-on processing experience in iron ore or similar heavy industry environments
Other Requirements:
Availability to work on a 12-hour shift roster (8/6 and 7/7 days and nights)
This role is initially a 3-6 month assignment with potential for extension
