Job Title: Administration Supervisor
As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of security personnel across multiple sites.
* Maintain and implement security protocols and compliance frameworks to ensure a safe working environment.
* Onboard new staff members and manage their access to critical security systems, ensuring seamless integration into our operations.
* Coordinate training completion for security personnel, ensuring they possess the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively.
* Provide exceptional HR and payroll support by processing timesheets and leave requests, managing the annual leave roster, and contributing to a smooth payroll process.
* E nsure logistical success by booking and managing flights and accommodation for FIFO employees, adapting to roster changes, and procuring necessary equipment to support security operations.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in business administration with a strong focus on security and compliance.
* Proficient in MS Office Suite and familiar with database management systems.
* Strong multitasking skills while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
* Experience prioritizing large workloads and meeting deadlines.
