We are seeking an experienced Facility Manager to oversee the leadership and operations of a residential aged care facility located in Millmerran, QLD.
This role is ideal for a energetic and motivated leader who can balance clinical care, compliance, staff management, and business performance.
This role is based in Millmerran, QLD and we are looking for people who would be happy to relocate to the area, 6-month accom, a company car and fuel card + $5k relocation assistance on offer.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
- Ensure compliance with aged care standards, regulations, and funding requirements.
- Manage budgets, resources, and operational performance.
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and the local community.
- Drive staff engagement, retention, and professional development.
About You
- Previous experience as a Facility Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in aged care or healthcare.
- Current AHPRA RN registration.
- Strong knowledge of aged care funding models and compliance standards.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
- Budget and analytical management capabilities.
- Current driver's licence.
- Commitment to person-centred care and continuous improvement.
