About the Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who want to make a difference in the lives of others. As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting people with disabilities to live independently and participate fully in their communities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist with personal care and daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
2. Support NDIS participants in accessing community facilities and services
3. Help clients develop new skills and interests through training and education programs
4. Work collaboratively with other support workers to achieve client outcomes
5. Provide PEG feeding support to clients who require it
