The ideal candidate will have strong coordination, stakeholder management, calendar management, and event execution experience within a fast-paced enterprise technology environment. Key Responsibilities • Manage SP leadership calendars, meeting schedules, and executive site visits. • Coordinate leadership meetings, customer engagements, sales kick-offs, All Hands meetings, and off-site events. • Support executive and customer stakeholder engagement activities. • Prepare executive-ready reports, presentations, and operational updates. • Coordinate travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and internal communications. • Maintain documentation, procurement coordination, and administrative workflows. • Work closely with leadership teams to ensure smooth operational governance. Required Skills & Experience • 5 years of experience in executive administration or operational support roles. • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. • Experience supporting senior leadership teams in enterprise environments. • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, reporting tools, and collaboration platforms. • Ability to manage confidential information professionally. • Experience in IT/Telecom/Networking industry is preferred.
