**What is your opportunity?**
Bring your passion and expertise in L&D discipline to be part of our centralized Talent Management team, that delivers value through developing and delivering programs that attract, onboard, develop, engage and retain our talent, so that as an organisation, we continue to win.
This is a permanent position for a commercially grounded L&D Business Partner, who is agile and will thrive where they play at 20% strategic and 80% hands-on tactical to improve learning and capabilities across the organisation aligned with our shifting organisational priorities.
**What will you do?**
You will do this through shaping and project managing the delivery of our Learning and Development priorities that drive value for the business.
- Shape the planning and implementation of our L&D priorities that underpin our organisational strategy
- Partner with our internal SMEs and internal Instructional Designer to drive, design, develop and deliver the learning programs that impact capability
- Review and improve our enterprise wide onboarding plans that improves retention
- Support deployment of enterprise wide talent programs that contribute to engagement
- Support our HR Business Partners and managers with talent planning, succession planning that strengthen individual development planning
**What are we looking for?**
An agile, commercially focused and hands-on L&D professional, who will thrive in the rapidly changing and dynamic manufacturing environment using facts and analysis to back commercial decisions.
- L&D - Strong experience designing, developing, sourcing, delivering and evaluating effective programs that add value to organisational needs
- Instructional Design - Strong working knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles
- Presenting - Demonstrates engaging and effective presentation and facilitation skills both virtual and face to face
- Business Partnering - Experience partnering with internal SMEs to unpack learning needs and develop programs
- Talent processes - Experience with talent programs and processes including talent reviews, IDPs, performance cycles, engagement surveys
- Systems - Proficient with MS Office, HRIS and LMS systems
