Role Overview

The Administration Officer will provide key support to a mental health team at a community health centre. This role demands excellent customer service skills, the ability to work independently and effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.

* Ensure seamless administrative operations in complex environments
* Develop strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with challenging individuals
* Handle confidential information with discretion and demonstrate understanding of diverse backgrounds
* Manage competing priorities under pressure and meet deadlines

* Demonstrated experience working in frontline customer service roles
* Proven skills using Windows and Microsoft Office Software
* Valid class C NSW drivers license and willingness to commute for work purposes
