Responsibilities
* Lead business analysis for card issuing and acquiring projects, ensuring compliance with AS2805 and other relevant payment standards.
* Drive end-to-end business requirement elicitation, documentation, and stakeholder alignment across multiple squads.
* Manage card scheme compliance activities for Visa, Mastercard, eftpos Australia, and other networks.
* Represent the organization in industry forums and regulatory discussions.
* Collaborate with product, architecture, and engineering teams to support digital wallet tokenization and mobile payment solutions (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay).
* Own and refine onboarding and assisted channel experiences for merchants.
* Support architectural decisions aligned with enterprise tech strategy.
* Maintain up-to-date functional and technical specifications.
* Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts, driving capability uplift and resource optimization.
* Coordinate Agile delivery using SAFe methodology, ensuring timely feature releases.
* Provide SME support for external integrations (e.g., Visa VROL, Mastercard MasterCom, Fiserv systems).
