As a debt and cash flow manager, you will play a crucial role in maximizing cash flow and reducing exposure to bad debt.
* Manage daily debt performance and accurate cash flow processing to ensure compliance while strengthening customer relationships and protecting revenue.
* Drive improvements, resolve escalations, and innovate processes that enhance efficiency and financial outcomes.
You will also provide critical insight to senior leadership, presenting performance updates, identifying operational savings, and shaping best-practice standards across teams. With responsibility for coaching and developing your people, you will champion engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement.
* Experience working in finance or regulated environments in a similar role.
* Proven ability to manage large, high-value and complex debt portfolios.
* Strong leadership experience managing senior teams.
* In-depth understanding of credit and debt management processes.
