Steadway has clients of low complexity all the way to people with extensive and complex needs. Pay rates depend on level of experience and qualifications held.
We specialise in Autism, Brain Injury, Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, and Intellectual Disability. We also work with Huntington's Disease and various other disabilities.
Please include any experience with all specific disabilities (e.g. Autism, Down Syndrome etc) in your CV.
Responsibilities
* Work with participants to ensure plan goals/requirements are met
* Support participants with everyday daily living needs including personal care
* Ensure attendance to activities, appointments, and events
* Support in social and community participation
* Transporting clients to appointments
* Additional duties as required

Steadway specialises in NDIS supports for participants with autism, brain injuries, cerebral palsy, down syndrome, and intellectual disabilities. We also work with those with complex health and physical support needs.
We deliver services across Hornsby, the Central Coast, Lake Macquarie, Newcastle, and the Hunter Valley, focusing on Assistance With Self Care, Community Participation, Onsite Shared Services, and Supported Independent Living. We also serve the suburbs of the Upper North Shore in Sydney.
