Job Description:
The NSW Department of Education is seeking a skilled professional to lead the testing of products under development. The successful candidate will provide expert process improvement advice and assurance that risks associated with implementing new systems are accurately quantified and addressed.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyse detailed business requirements to support the development and execution of testing strategies.
* Manage a team of test analysts, providing leadership, advice, guidance, and support for professional development.
* Lead the team in reviewing and assessing test strategies and approaches to enhance overall quality and efficiency.
* Act independently, making decisions on Testing deliverables and requirements in line with operational guidelines, departmental policy, and procedures.
Essential Requirements:
* Industry certification in relevant technologies or equivalent industry experience.
* Valid clearance to work with Children (Working with Children Check).
* Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the value of public education.
