Our Team is Seeking a Reliable and Proactive Individual to Assist with Client Intake Processes, Customer Engagement, Compliance Support, and Resource Management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in Preparing Service Agreements and Intake Documentation for Customer Onboarding Processes.
* Manage Customer Communication and Enquiries, Providing Friendly and Proactive Service to Ensure Customers Feel Supported.
* Assist in Scheduling Home Care Workers to Meet Customer Needs, Maintaining Clear Records of Interactions and Allocations.
* Maintain Accurate Record-Keeping for Customer Files, Including Communications, Feedback, and Case Notes in the Customer Management System.
* Support Compliance Efforts by Helping to Monitor and Align with NDIS Compliance Standards and Internal Policies, Processes, and Procedures.
