About the role
Reporting into the Fundraising Manager, and working in a high performing team, the Individual Giving Coordinator plays a key role in delivering SANE's new Fundraising Growth Strategy. The position is responsible for managing SANE's annual appeals, matched giving days, acquisition campaigns and growing the regular giving program. This role focuses on implementing elements of the fundraising calendar, coordinating campaigns across channels, supporting donor care functions, and ensuring accurate processing and reporting of donations.
Key responsibilities
* Project manage fundraising campaigns (appeals, regular giving, acquisition) on time and within budget
* Work with the Fundraising Manager to develop and implement Regular Giving acquisition strategy across channels including telemarketing and digital
* Develop and implement donor retention strategies for both single gift donors and regular givers, including welcome and retention communications
* Drive income growth and exceed budget targets
* Set, monitor and report on targets including tracking of income and expenditure against budgets and donor retention and uplift
* Draft, proof, and coordinate content and collateral, including briefs, scripts, surveys, emails, and print materials
* Support the approval and sign-off process for campaign assets
* Maintain campaign documentation and procedural records
About you
* Minimum 2 years' experience in fundraising, philanthropy, marketing or supporter engagement in a not-for-profit environment
* Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and CRM or donor management systems
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, including writing and editing content
* Attention to detail, with strong administrative and data handling skills
