Join one of Queensland's most dynamic and fast-growing real estate teams We're looking for an energetic, organised and driven individual to join our award winning Property Management team on the Sunshine Coast. In this fast-paced and rewarding role, you'll be an integral part of supporting our clients and ensuring each property is seamlessly prepared and leased.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage leasing campaigns for relet properties, ensuring each listing achieves maximum exposure across the Sunshine Coast
* Conduct leasing open homes throughout the week and on Saturdays
* Processing of tenancy applications and presentation to clients
* Maintain accurate CRM records
* Assist with prospecting activities in core marketplaces
* Assisting the PM & BDM with day to day tasks
About You

* Current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate
* Current driver's license and reliable car
