What success looks like in this role:
* Gains familiarity with HR concepts, practices and methodologies.
* With guidance performs and/or supports implementation of basic HR duties, including:
o Talent acquisition
o New associate orientation
o Compensation and Benefits administration
o HRIS input and update
* Builds interrelationships between various HR functions and related organizations (i.e., Legal, Finance & Accounting).
* Acquires practical knowledge in data management, reporting and other documentation requirements.
* Gains working knowledge and understanding of company HR policies and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
