UGG EXPRESS PTY LTD provides customers with a large range of sheepskin products like UGG boots, sheepskin rugs, etc. We are searching for experienced and enthusiastic Casual Retail Sales Assistants to join our flexible support team in stores and contribute to their success.
As a Sales Associate, you will represent our store, interact with customers, and provide an excellent shopping experience. Your main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Proactively welcoming customers, providing friendly and professional service, and addressing their questions and needs.
* Understanding product features, styles, and sizes to offer correct advice to customers.
* Assisting customers in selecting suitable products, providing personalized recommendations based on their preferences and needs.
* Maintaining store displays and cleanliness, ensuring orderly product placement.
* Recording sales and inventory, assisting in managing stock levels.
* Handling return and exchange transactions and providing after-sales support.
Qualifications
We are looking for Sales Associates with the following qualifications and skills:
* Strong interest in fashion and footwear products.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills, capable of establishing positive relationships with various customers.
* Proactive and positive, possessing sales skills and problem‐solving abilities.
* Ability to work independently after training and manage the store.
* Able to work during busy shopping seasons with adaptable work hours.
* Basic cashiering skills; experience with POS systems is a plus.
