* Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient service delivery in security, maintenance, and facility management.

* Ensure all operations adhere to relevant standards, legislation, and industry best practices, effectively managing risk and maintaining comprehensive policies and procedures.
* Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external customers, proactively addressing concerns and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
* Provide insightful reports detailing operational performance and financial health.
* Contribute to the planning and construction of Specialised Disability Accommodation (SDA) projects.
What You'll Bring
* Proven experience in property development and facilities management, with significant exposure to the Disability Sector (NDIS and Department of Communities and Justice).
* Able to inspire and motivate high-performing teams dedicated to achieving organisational goals.
* A strong aptitude for analysing market trends, developing long-term growth strategies, and interpreting financial data.
* Excellent communication skills coupled with a strong customer service orientation.
* Demonstrated skills in managing complex projects, particularly large-scale initiatives.
* A tertiary qualification in business management, engineering, or facilities and property management accreditation.
