Channel Sales Specialist – Education Partners (Australia)

Location: Perth, WA (Hybrid - office and work from home)

We’re looking for a friendly, relationship-driven Channel Sales Specialist to grow Senso.cloud’s footprint in Australia through a strong network of education-focused partners.

This full-time hybrid role is based in Perth, with flexibility to work part of the week from home. Your primary focus will be to find, engage, onboard and develop education-focused VARs, resellers and MSPs (managed service providers) who sell into schools. You’ll also nurture and grow our existing partner relationships, ensuring Senso becomes a key part of their go-to-market for education.

You’ll be the main point of contact for our channel partners, helping them understand our value, supporting them through the sales cycle, and making it easy and attractive for them to promote Senso to their school customers.

What You’ll Do

- Identify, prospect and recruit new education-focused VARs, resellers and MSPs across Australia
- Manage and grow relationships with existing channel partners, becoming their trusted Senso point of contact
- Run discovery conversations with partners to understand their education focus, capabilities and customer base
- Onboard new partners: introduce Senso and support them through their first opportunities
- Work with partners on joint sales activities – including prospecting into their school customers, running demos and supporting them with bids/proposals
- Develop simple partner-facing materials (with our marketing team) to help them position and sell Senso effectively
- Track partner performance, pipeline and activity, and proactively work with underperforming partners to unlock opportunities
- Provide regular feedback from the channel to help shape our roadmap and GTM in Australia

About You (Qualifications & Experience)

- Exceptional English communication skills, spoken and written, with a very friendly, approachable manner
- Comfortable building rapport quickly with owners, sales leaders and account managers at VARs, resellers and MSPs
- Experience in channel sales, partner management or distribution is highly desirable
- Robust understanding of how MSPs and resellers selling into K-12 operate, ideally with experience in the education sector or EdTech
- Able to explain technical concepts in clear, simple language to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in software / SaaS sales is a strong bonus
- Proven ability to work independently while collaborating closely with internal teams in a target-driven environment
- Good general IT literacy and an interest in technology, online safety and IT in schools
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is an asset, but not essential - relevant experience is just as valuable
