The Role:
Lead and mentor your team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback, coaching, and training to ensure high productivity and quality standards.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other departments to optimize workflows and enhance customer satisfaction.
Solid knowledge and understanding of Contracts of Sale & NSW Legislation
Oversee the processing of sales orders, contracts, and other administrative tasks with accuracy and timeliness.
Resolve escalated customer inquiries or issues in a professional and timely manner.
Involvement with day-to-day tasks of administration for sales team
Stay current on industry trends and best practices in sales administration and customer service.
You will have extensive experience in Sales Administration/Executive Assistant Role in Real Estate
Be abreast of NSW Legislation & confident with NSW Sales Contracts
Strong attention to detail & high level of customer service
Certificate of Registration is preferable / Real Estate Licence
You will be passionate about the industry and the growth of the business
