Job Summary:
Lim Peh's Hawker Bowls is a vibrant and fast-paced food court eatery located in Westfield Woden, serving up bold, flavor-packed Singaporean hawker-style bowls and street food. We are seeking energetic and dedicated kitchen staff to join our team in a fast-paced food court environment. The ideal candidate will assist in food preparation, cooking, and maintaining a clean workspace while delivering high-quality service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items according to established recipes and standards.
* Ensure food safety and sanitation practices are followed at all times.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, and equipment.
* Stock and organize kitchen supplies and ingredients as needed.
* Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff and front-of-house teams to ensure timely service during peak hours.
* Monitor food inventory and assist in ordering supplies when necessary.
* Serve customers professionally and operate POS
* Handle customer inquiries and requests in a friendly and professional manner.
* Adhere to all health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
Job Type: Casual
Pay: $33.19 per hour
