Job Overview
The Clinical Services Manager will lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver client-centred care that supports harm reduction and improved health outcomes for individuals presenting with substance use issues and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide operational leadership to the clinical service team
* Develop and implement strategies to improve client outcomes and service delivery

* Lead workforce development, clinical governance, and service quality improvement initiatives

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* Relevant tertiary qualifications or professional experience
* Proven leadership and management skills, including experience in organisational change and service development
* High-level skills in evidence-based interventions, conflict resolution, and negotiation
* A current unrestricted driver's licence and willingness to drive/travel as required
