Role Overview
This position bridges the gap between production, customer service and technical support to ensure a successful supply of high-quality commercial layer chicks to the Australian market.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-level technical service to contractors and customers.
* Support the National Started Pullet Manager with grower visits and deliveries.
* Assist in sales forecasting and strategy development.
* Collaborate on marketing initiatives tailored to the layer industry.
* Monitor customer accounts and ensure compliance with payment terms.
* Operate within established frameworks.
* Coordinate hatching schedules and delivery logistics.
* Deliver technical support on husbandry and flock management.
* Uphold biosecurity and workplace health and safety standards across all operations.
The ideal candidate will possess strong customer focus, planning skills, technical knowledge of poultry farming and effective time management.
