Farmer Education Specialist Role
We are seeking a qualified Farmer Education Specialist to deliver accredited and non-accredited agricultural training programs.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, agricultural knowledge, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality training programs that meet industry standards
* Conduct competency assessments to evaluate learner progress
* Provide individualized support to learners to help them achieve their goals
Requirements:
* TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (essential)
* Experience in training and assessment (desirable)
* Strong communication skills and agricultural knowledge
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
