Develop and retain strong talent in line with our company values and philosophies.
This role is also responsible for providing a wide range of operational and strategic human resources expertise and services as well as generalist advice and support to line managers and employees throughout the organisation.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the end to end process for: SSC recruitment across multiple disciplines, Assistance with Graduate (UMC) recruitmentBuild and maintain a talent pool in core and critical areasAttend educational career fairs to strengthen UNIQLO's employer brand and to assist in attracting top talentCreate a robust onboarding and induction plan for all new startersBuild Employee Value Proposition as part of an employer branding project for recruitment and selectionOngoing liaison with department heads to understand headcount and talent needsComplete reporting when requiredWork across numerous Talent Acquisition and HR projectsAny other ad-hoc projects/tasks as requiredPut into context how this role fits into the department / companyDetail the complexity of the role, commenting on impact of role and highlighting any supporting data, e.g.: budgets, numbers of people in broader team.Support the SSC talent development activities including IDP creation and succession planning.Actively participate in the People Processes and ensure 100% are complete within agreed timeframesContribute to team culture plansMake safety a priority and champion a safety cultureWorks closely with leaders and employees to improve culture, engagement, work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retentionBe the data management expert in Workday.Analyses trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies.Qualifications and RequirementsDesired - qualification in Human Resources Manager and/or PsychologyWorking knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment lawsRecruitment end to end proves experiencePrior experience working within an international companyWorkday and/or other HRIS system experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent interpersonal and customer service skillsExcellent organisational skills and attention to detailStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsWhat's in it for You?
