Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Sales Representative for Handheld Laser Welding. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our market presence, and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities
* Develop and execute strategies to meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets for handheld laser welding products;
* Regularly visit distributors and sub-distributors in the designated region to ensure effective sales support and build strong relationships;
* Establish and maintain strategic plans and forecasts for sales in the responsible region;
* Stay up-to-date with product and technical knowledge to provide expert advice to customers;
* Gather market trend information, customer feedback, and new product needs to inform company product roadmaps;
* Collaborate with the after-sales team to enhance customer satisfaction levels;
* Perform other duties assigned by the company as required.
Requirements
1. Proven experience in the welding equipment industry, with a solid understanding of business operations and market trends;
