Retail Parts Manager Salary $70,000 - $80,000

Townsville Qld About the role Pickerings Auto Group is seeking an experienced

Parts Retail Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Parts Retail Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our parts department, ensuring efficient inventory management, exceptional customer service, and the development of a high-performing team.

This full-time role is a critical position within our organisation, contributing to the overall success of our automotive business. What you'll be doing Manage the parts department, including inventory control, stock replenishment, and pricing strategies

Provide exceptional customer service, handling enquiries and orders in a timely and professional manner Lead, coach, and motivate a team of parts specialists, fostering a positive and productive work environment Develop and implement strategies to grow parts sales and increase customer loyalty

Prepare and analyse department reports, identifying opportunities for improvement and driving operational efficiencies Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and company policies Collaborate with the wider Pickerings Auto Group team to achieve overall business objectives

What we're looking for Extensive experience (5+ years) in a parts retail or automotive parts management role Proven track record of leading and motivating a high-performing team

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders Proficient in inventory management, stock control, and parts ordering systems Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Relevant industry qualifications or certifications are highly desirable What we offer
