* Develop and maintain strong relationships with Enterprise customers to understand their needs and preferences.
* Create and execute comprehensive account strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
* Partner with internal teams to provide solutions that meet customer needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* 10+ years of account management experience
* Proven track record of handling multi-million-dollar quotas and operating in a team environment
* Ability to lead business development resources (BDRs) to meet agreed targets
* Strong selling skills in large accounts, with a specific focus on WA-based accounts
* Self-starter with strong closing ability and multi-tasking skills
